The Boathaus, originally built to winter over boats in the early 1960's, was converted into a cottage in the late '90's.

A large bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with a trundle bed make this a bright and airy space 4 can share comfortably.
The galley kitchen includes gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, dishes, silver, cookware, and an incredible lake view.

The 24' x 9' covered deck projects into the lake and is perfect for enjoying the 180 degree views of Seneca Lake and the breathtaking sunsets.

Rates for
March 15 through June 28: $210/day for 2-day minimum
June 28 through August 30: $1350/week. Check-in is 3pm Saturday and check-out is 10am the following Saturday
August 30 through October 12: $220/day for 2-day minimum
October 12 through December 15: $200/day for 2-day minimum

Closed December 15 to March 15. Sleeps 4

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Your balance is due upon arrival. No pets.

If you should have to cancel, we will make every effort to book the space again. If we are successful, we will return your deposit.
